Come on up to the porch and sit a spell. We'll talk about the day's events and maybe even tell a story or two.
Oh, the cute little baby chick!!!I say, get some and put them in the bathroom until he gets the coop built. :)
Tell him you don't have to have a coop to have baby chicks anyway - just a light and an area to contain them. You just need the coop done by the time they are big enough to need it. :-)COME ON TECHMAN look at how cute they are - you have to give in! They make such a cute little peep sound too.
Is that your dog with the chick? He's depriving your dog and your children of this experience. Sigh. Can't the son whip up a blacksmithed something to contain them?
You will get them. I'm sure you'll be able to charm him. Peep peep
You know...my mom kept her baby chicks in the basement in a kiddie pool under a heat lamp until they got older...you could do that while you're waiting for your coop to be finished ;) She used to go down and talk to them and hold them. She loves her chickens...she lets them out free to roam in the yard in the summer/fall in the evenings...and sets up lawn chairs so she can watch them hunt bugs.
Oh! He is cute! But why the hell is there a little bird in front of the pups face?
